Musical entertainment for your event

Planning and customizing your musical entertainment is a simple and streamlined process; you’ll receive an online form to fill out regarding all aspects of your event and Carolina will get with you and/or your coordinator to ensure that all announcements and events in your timeline are accounted for.

Add essential DJ services to your bar package for a flat rate of $1425* and you get:

Top of the line professional audio equipment: dancefloor speakers and optional laser lights, with cordless mic PA system and 2 microphones, soundboard, digital controller, and large downloaded music library.

Master of Cermonies (MC): As your MC, DJ Carolina also provides important guidance to your guests, inviting them to enjoy all that you have arranged for their pleasure and helping to keep your event running smoothly. We understand the importance of communication with planners, photographers, and caterers, and we collaborate to ensure that all gears are turning in sync as you and your guests delight in the celebration.

Planning Guidance: You will receive an online planning form, allowing you to choose customized playlists and announcements for all stages of your celebration; you’ll go over the details with DJ Carolina the week of your event to make sure that all of your party dreams come true!

Standalone essential DJ service (no bar package) is charged hourly at $325

add a second sound system for $325

If you need music at a site other than the dance floor/main event space, we have a fully battery-powered sound system to fill the air with music! A corded microphone is also included.

ceremony audio $495

The ceremony audio package includes not just music, but also a battery-powered PA system with up to 4 discreet cordless microphones to amplify and capture every breath of your wedding vows. The digital recording will be yours to keep.

Add Lights and effects to set the mood:

uplighting Starts at $340 for 8 cans; make it 16 for $600

Uplighting consists of stationary, programmable, wireless LED light cans that set the mood in your chosen color(s). This is a great way to add drama and ambiance to any environment, and will complement your decor.

cold sparklers; add cold sparklers for a pyrotechnic display that your guests will never forget! $395 for 2 sparklers!

Cold Sparklers are 100% indoor safe, and are odorless. DJ Carolina can program a light show with sparks flying up to 10 feet high! Amaze your guests and capture awesome memories of your entrance, first dance, or send-off 🤩

dance party basket; $65

We can provide a selection of hand-held lights including glow sticks, LED foam batons, and LED fiber wands! These work on the dance floor, or as part of your send-off.

Carly was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Not only did she make adjustments to all our needs and wants but she flawlessly facilitated the night making sure each event ran seamlessly from one to the other. Great personal touches!

Carly made my life and wedding day so much easier! She has been doing this for quite some time and really knows her stuff! In addition to having great tips on wine pairings and alcohol choices, she also is a wiz with music choices! She was so fun to work with, had a great personality and helped move our wedding reception along in a fun, but organized way. She reached out to me a few days before the wedding just to get the final details and ensure that I didn't have any questions. Then when I (of course) had questions later on, she was available to me via text. She brought us cocktails right after the ceremony ended so we could be refreshed during pictures which was an unexpected but very welcome treat! What a professional, sweet person to work with on your very special (but potentially very stressful, if you don't hire Carly!) day! Thank you so much for making everything perfect!

We hired Craft Event Bar for our DJ services at on wedding on 6/6/21 and we were not disappointed! I'm a bit of a control freak so I chose all the songs but they were executed perfectly! I had some odd requests and a lot going on and everything was handled great! Our DJ was hilarious and had such a great spirit about her and it fit in perfectly with what we were looking for and what our wedding was! 10/10 would recommend!!

Carly provided excellent MC/DJ services as well as being our vendor for bar service! She spent extra time and money offering a karaoke option which made the day even more special. Her prices are VERY reasonable and she really listens to your vision and goes above and beyond to make it reality.
